Channing's God given rhythm was cultivated back at his home Church under his late Uncles Leadership, Dr. Donald R. Cook, at the California Worship Center as the youth drummer for the children's choir starting at the age of 5.

Kay Carlson 

throughout his years on reading, feel and groove.

Channing took on the role as Drummer and Music Director for the Los Angeles Tap Festival from

2008-2016

Bay Area Tap Festival from

2012-2015

& Santa Fe New Mexico Tap Festival in 2014,2015.

​

Coming off the heels of the

Bright Futures Tour co-headlining with Fitz and the Tantrums. Wowing the crowds with there two week apperence at COCHELLA and off to the Campus Conscieness Tour were that was still  just the begining leading to Capital Cities' 2014 summer takeover. Openning for

Katy Perry on the PRIZMATIC TOUR and the Fall headlining tour

SKY IS FALLING DOWN , brought down clubs and arenas world wide. Closing out the year with a South America headline tour to sold out crowds.
